Functional Fitness

The best hour of your day starts with Functional Fitness!

In our classes, we offer the entire range of functional training: “WoD” (Workout of the Day), our popular Bootcamp Class, Gymnastics, Mobility, and Weightlifting.

Our classes are fun and motivate you to perform at your best. The workouts and requirements are always adapted to your personal needs and goals.

We are particularly proud of the fact that every member is individually coached and motivated during the class. This is how we achieve the best results together and minimize the risk of injury.

Workout of the Day

Our “WoD” (Workout of the Day) consists of functional exercises combining the domains of weight training and gymnastics complemented by cardiovascular conditioning for a high-intensity workout.

In every workout, you train with a variety of different equipment including, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, as well as jump ropes, box jump boxes, gymnastics rings and pull-up bars. Your cardiovascular endurance will be challenged riding on a stationary bike, rowing or skiing on an ergometer. You will learn new exercises while mastering known ones. After all, when did you last do a handstand or try to climb a rope to the ceiling? You will experience a new fun way of training with us!

  • Suitable for:   everyone who likes to train in a hard, focused way, enjoys lots of variety, and always wants to learn new things.

Bootcamp

In our Bootcamp Class, we get your entire body in full swing. This class spikes your heart rate, works every muscle and lets you sweat out your everyday life – without heavy weights or complicated exercises.

After a short warm-up, the class starts with full power. By the end of the class, no shirt will be dry and faces will shine with satisfaction.

  • Intensity:   high
  • Suitable for:   everyone who likes to train with high intensity and wants to switch off quickly from everyday life.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics give you a lean strong body with abs of steel. Do you want to finally do your first pull-up or do you want to learn to walk on your hands? Do you want to work on your technique on the rings and finally get your first muscle-up? If you attend our gymnastics class regularly, you will improve quickly in the classic gymnastics and bodyweight exercises.

We train the whole range of gymnastics and always focus on achieving your personal goals: pull-ups, rope climbing, handstands, or muscle-ups on the rings and bar. In addition to skill, strength and a strong core are required. The gymnastics classes also work on this in a targeted manner.

  • Intensity:   medium
  • Suitable for:   everyone who wants to work on their gymnastics specific skills and strength.

Mobility

In our Mobility Classes, we – of course – mainly work on mobility, but also on avoiding or reducing pain and injuries through targeted mobilizations. If you want to build strength, you need to be able to move well without any pain.

These classes take place between two WOD classes. It is up to you, whether you want to join them before or after (of course, you can also join the mobility class only). The focal points of each class are tailored to the exercises of the WOD classes in order to prepare well for them or – if you come afterward – to be able to mobilize the already well-circulated areas even more intensively.

In addition, you will also receive numerous tips, mobilizations, and stretches that will help you to become more agile and less prone to injury over time.

  • Intensity:   easy to medium
  • Suitable for:   everyone who values holistic mobilization of their body and wants to remain pain and injury-free in the long term.

Specialty

Throughout the year we always offer Special Classes with a specific focus. From rowing to Olympic weightlifting and everything in between. This gives you insights into various techniques and sports that you have always wanted to try and that are also part of many of the WODs.
